Abstract

The objective of the current research is to reach a list of standards for the production of e-learning environments based on crowd sourcing, which includes comprehensive and integrated specifications for the design of all elements included in the environment, in order to raise their efficiency and effectiveness, and to achieve the goal was used descriptive analytical research methodology, so research and studies were reviewed and analyzed, global experiences and the expertise of specialists, and access to the sources of derivation of standards and methods of analysis, classification and development of indicators, where the researcher reached an initial list of standards and indicators, and was arbitrated by experts In the field of educational technology, then the extent of the application of these standards in the development and design of electronic learning environments based on crowd sourcing, through (14) arbitrators specialized in educational technology, and the list of standards included 11 main standards, including what falls under the standards for designing educational electronic learning environments based on crowd sourcing, including educational objectives and content in the learning environment based on crowd-raising, evaluation, feedback, and what falls under the technological standards for the design of existing electronic learning environments.
