Abstract

This research, therefore, applies communication theory to the use of artificial intelligence in improving student feedback in e-learning environments. Emphasis is made on the usage of both content-based and collaborative recommendation systems in supporting feedback in order to enhance learning quality. The PRISMA methodology is used for the analysis of the related research on the applications of artificial intelligence in education. The keywords were then identified and searched across different databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, and Arabic databases such as the Egyptian Knowledge Bank. It represents work between the years 2019 and 2024. Keywords such as "feedback," "artificial intelligence in educational assessment," "recommendation systems," "scientific thinking in educational evaluation," "collaborative recommendation," "content-based recommendation," and "educational support" have been considered for searching. This paper has used scientific search engines in Arabic and English to collect the research and studies related to all of the aforementioned keywords.
