This article deals with the relationship of art to the idea of time. It assumes that artists throughout history have been preoccupied with the idea of time in their artistic practices, just like scientists, philosophers, and watchmakers. But the question here is, “Did artists deal with the idea of time in their artistic works in the same way as scientists or watchmakers?” It is assumed here that time, its symbols, and the idea of the passage of time, which have occupied artists since time immemorial, but in a different way, reflect the relativity of man’s relationship with the idea of time, and that it was dealt with in artistic creations in different ways, mysterious, beautiful, and exciting, on the basis that this relationship is personal and diverse. Art is part of culture, but rather it is the true mirror of minds
